There are 40 types of diseases when pitta become imbalance such as jaundice, acidity, burning sensation, excessive anger, inflammatory conditions (such as headaches and rashes),digestive problems such as acid reflux, diarrhoea and ulcers and become over-stressed etc.Pitta people are typically of medium build. Physically, they have good muscle tone, have a tendency to always feel warm, have premature greying hair or balding, have reddish complexions, they have strong digestion. Mentally, they are extremely intelligent, focused, ambitious people. Emotionally, they are passionate about life, have a tendency to be perfectionists, and can become easily irritated they enjoy high energy levels, they love cold weather. They have moderate sexual disear.

- Cooling vegetables with high water content
- Bitter, Sweet and astringent taste of food are good.
- Avoid the Yogurt, Sour cream, and cheese.
- Avoid carbonated beverages.
- Alcoholic and fermented food.
- Oily, hot salty and heavy food.
- All processed food and fast food.
- Avoid using Vinegar in salad, instead use lemon juice.
