BRIDAL TREATMENT AND PACKAGE

Ayurveda Yoga Wellness Clinic (AYWC) offer seven days ayurvedic package that will make you feel healthy, beautiful skin and more confident in the marriage of each gender. We start the treatment prior the 1-2 month before the Marriage date.

7 DAYS PROGRAMME FOR BRIDAL:

DAY 1 – DAY 3 

PIZHICHIL Ayurvedic Massage /OIL BATH + Steam Sauna (DURATION: 60-90 MINS)

Medicated oils are poured over the body in continuous streams while being gently massaged by therapists. It is extremely soothing and relaxing. It helps in toning, strengthening and deeply nourishing the whole body.

DAY 4 – DAY 5 
LEPAM/BODY WRAPS + Steam Sauna (DURATION: 60 MINS)

The body is wrapped with special Ayurvedic herbs powders mixed with fruit pulp/honey/milk, /rose water. It gives a natural glow to the skin. It provides good complexion to the skin softens and reduces scars. It improves the appearance of the skin. This mask both nourishes and detoxifies leaving the skin smooth and silky.

UDVARTANAM /POWDER MASSAGE/ Fat Loss massage (DURATION: 60MINS)

This is specialized ayurvedic massage treatment done with herbal powders; it is applied all over the body and massaged by the therapists. It exfoliates the skin and cleanses it thoroughly. This therapy is very effective in removing cellulite, revitalizes the sense of touch and removes toxins from the body. You will be scrubbed with the paste on all sides of the body. This treatment is exfoliating and conditioning to the skin as well as a deep cleansing treatment which presses stagnant toxins out of the body.

DAY 6 
FACIAL MASSAGE/FACE PACK (DURATION: 30-60 MINS) 

Ayurvedic facial improves to color and complexion of the skin using gentle ayurvedic herbal face packs. This treatment gives a natural glow and shine to the facial skin, by gently exfoliating it of the dust and impurities.

NAVARAKIZHI + Steam Sauna (DURATION: 60 MINS)

This treatment involves cooked medicinal rice call Njavara, blended with milk and herbs, tied in muslin cloth bundle and applied all over the body in a rhythmic manner. This unique treatment prepares you well for the stresses and strains of busy modern life. This treatment is extremely nourishing and toning for muscles.

DAY 7 

SHIROABHYANGAM/HEAD MASSAGE (DURATION: 30 MINS)

Oiling of the hair is done with a soothing head massage using ayurvedic oils that effectively stops dandruff, hair fall, hair breakage, premature greying, and dryness and restores the glow, shine, and thickness of the hair. It also increases and revitalizes the growth of hair.

SHIRODHARA / OIL STREAM MASSAGE + Steam Sauna (DURATION: 1 HR)

This is a deeply relaxing treatment using warm herbal oils poured in a gentle stream over the forehead. It comforts brain waves and profoundly coordinates and calms the mind. It enhances blood circulation to the brain, improves memory, nourishes the hair and scalp and generally aids in the release of stress and tension. Shirodhara adds a wonderful synchrony to this treatment by allowing the nervous system to become deeply relaxed and calm, which creates an even deeper healing experience.

PROVIDE SHAMPOO

Herbal Shampoos are used to clean the hair which containing amla, brahmi, shikakai etc herbs.
