For the Sirovasti Treatment :

I had bronchitis the beginning of spring with a lot of coughing which caused an of aggravation of vata such as drying of my lungs, restlessness and shaking and difficulty sleeping. I saw Santosh and had five sirovasti treatments. Each treatment was profoundly relaxing, within five to ten minutes I could feel a deep calming as if my whole body was being soothed and deeply nourished. My lungs felt as though they were being lubricated and my nervous system was being reset. It also had the effect of being very calming to the mind at the same time. From my experience sirovasti is a wonderful treatment for helping to pacify excess vata of the head and body
